Can I cancel or return my PICKYBUY order for a refund?

1.“Under Review” Status:

You can click “Cancel Order” on the corresponding order in the User Center - Purchase Orders page, and the money will be returned to the available balance of your PICKYBUY account instantly.


2.“Order Received” Status:

You can click “Consultation” on the corresponding order on the User Center - Purchase Order page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or by contacting online customer service to inform you of the need to cancel the order. As long as the order has not been paid when your cancellation request is accepted, the buyer will cancel the order for you within 1 working day and refund the money to your available balance in your PICKYBUY account.


3. “Ordered” status:

You can click “Consultation” on the corresponding order in the User Center - Purchase Orders page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact our online customer service to inform you that you need to cancel the order. Our procurement will apply to the seller, if the seller has not yet shipped, after the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your PICKYBUY account available balance. It usually takes 3-5 days to complete the refund.

 

4. “Shipped” status: 

You can click “Consultation” on the corresponding order on the User Center - Purchase Orders page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact online customer service to inform you of the need to cancel the order. If the seller has not actually shipped, the buyer will apply for a refund to the seller, after the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your available balance of the PICKYBUY account, it usually takes 3-5 days; if the seller has actually shipped, you need to wait until the merchandise in the end of the PICKYBUY warehouse and then returned to the seller to achieve the refund, in this case, it usually takes 7-15 days.


5. “Inventoried” status: 

Within 5 days, you can click “Refund/Return” on the corresponding order in the user center - purchase order page to apply for the return of goods, we will apply to the seller, depending on whether the seller agrees or not, after agreeing to return as soon as possible, we will help you return the courier single number will be displayed in the corresponding order, to be received by the seller of the goods and merchandise payments After the seller receives the merchandise and returns the merchandise payment to us, the corresponding amount of money we purchase will be returned to your PICKYBUY account available balance, it usually takes 7 - 15 days, depending on the seller to confirm the refund time.
