1.Why is my PICKYBUY account locked?

If your PICKYBUY account is locked, there are generally the following two reasons:

(1) You have a transaction in the audit and certification, you need to provide further information to cooperate with the audit, after the audit, we will promptly unlock your account;

(2) You recently issued a dispute/refusal to pay on your  credit card transaction, once the refusal to pay is initiated, our system will automatically lock the PICKYBUY account, and we will unlock your account in time after you revoke the refusal to pay and notify us of the refusal to pay.

2. What are the effects of locking my PICKYBUY account?

If your PICKYBUY account is locked, then the processing of your account-related requirements will be put on hold, including:

1) Order purchasing;

2) Package delivery;

3) Refund requests.

Therefore, if you have any questions or dissatisfaction about your transaction or order (parcel) or PICKYBUY service, please contact our customer service to further confirm the processing, we will certainly respond to you within 24 and finally give you a satisfactory answer.

If you don't contact us and choose to open a dispute or reject payment to a third party (e.g.  credit card), the third party will need to freeze the funds and investigate, and your PICKYBUY account will be locked as a result, which will lead to delays in order purchases, parcel delivery, or refund requests. The account will not be unlocked until you contact us and confirm that the chargeback has been withdrawn.
