The goods are purchased by customers themselves, we are only responsible for helping customers with international transportation, and customers need to ensure that the purchased goods comply with the laws and regulations of the import and export countries. The following special circumstances are deemed to be your consent and subsequent operations, if there is any doubt, please contact customer service staff for verification when submitting the order.


Sensitive goods:
For sensitive items such as essential oils, care solutions, lubricants, batteries, glue, etc., in order to ensure your normal delivery, we will remove these items when necessary.


Customs policy:
Containing brands, large amounts of liquids, powders, live goods, food, medicines, etc. may be subject to customs policies and there are certain risks in delivery. If any consequences are caused by the above reasons, PickyBuy is not responsible for customs clearance and bears relevant legal responsibilities.


Unable to professionally inspect goods:
For electrical appliances, brands, tickets, cards, models and other products, we cannot conduct professional (quality, authenticity, integrity, etc.) inspections. The quality inspector can only check whether the appearance of the product is intact and whether the accessories are complete, but cannot turn on the machine to check whether the product has any quality problems.


Fragile products:
Containing ceramics, glass products, and irregularly shaped products (such as wipers, car fenders, etc.), they may be worn and broken due to multiple transfers during transportation. We guarantee the integrity of the product before shipment, but if it is damaged during the delivery process and is determined to be fragile by the logistics, the resulting losses shall be borne by you.


Customized products:
If the order you submitted is a customized product, it is recommended that you negotiate with the merchant and confirm the product details. After successful negotiation, please provide the contact information of the merchant. We cannot conduct professional inspections on such products, and the resulting losses shall be borne by you.


Deposit order:
Due to Taobao seller regulations, deposit order products cannot be cancelled after being photographed, and you need to follow up on the information released by the seller to make up the balance before delivery. If the balance is not paid within the time limit, the deposit will not be refunded.


Low seller reputation:
It is recommended to choose a store with high reputation (at least three hearts) and Taobao deposit to purchase goods. Stores with low credibility and no deposit may have problems such as sellers not shipping, false shipping, after-sales, and rights protection. You will be responsible for any losses incurred.


Goods with collection value:
Due to the high collection value of "CD" and "hand-made" products, in order to avoid affecting user collection, the inspection standard for such products is to inspect the goods without removing the plastic bag, and only check whether the appearance is damaged. The details of the internal parts cannot be verified specifically. The risks incurred shall be borne by you.

In addition, in the following cases, the delivery time may be affected and PickyBuy does not bear the corresponding responsibility:

1. Force majeure factors: Delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, strikes, etc.

2. Customs inspection: Customs inspections in some countries or regions may cause delivery delays.

3. Wrong or incomplete address: Please make sure that the delivery address you provide is accurate. PickyBuy is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.

4. Logistics delay: Delivery problems caused by operational errors or delays of logistics providers.


5. Changes in government policies: Delivery delays or inability to deliver due to changes in government policies in the destination country or region.


6. Holiday impact: During holidays, logistics services may be affected, resulting in delivery delays.
