5. PickyBuy Applicable Law for Arbitration

All users of the PickyBuy platform must comply with the following laws and arbitration clauses:

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above arbitration clause, PickyBuy reserves the right to bring proceedings against any user in any court of competent jurisdiction to seek injunctive relief or other appropriate legal remedies.
