For clients who are out of Mainland China: If you already purchased products by your own in China Mainland, and you want these products to be delivered to you by international transhiping.
For clients who are in Mainland China: If you want to send items to friends and/or relatives overseas, you can send to us for international transhiping.
Step 1 Send your goods to Pickybuy’s warehouse

Step 2: Create transhipping order on Pickybuy websit
a. Please read this statement carefully before creating a forwarding order. Once you have read it, please check the box "I have read and accept the above items" and click the "ok" button to go to the order fill-in page.
b. Please fill in the information of the shipped goods on the page including the tracking number.Correctly filling in the parcel's tracking number can maximize the efficiency of the forwarding order entry and product information matching, and reduce the processing time delay caused by Pickybuy team's communication and confirmation with you.
c. After you have entered all the information including the tracking number, click "Submit" to generate the forwarding PO order. You can view it in "My Orders".
d. Please note that each tracking number need to create a seperate order (PO)
Step 3. Receive Your Package and Store in Our Warehouse
a. Once Pickybuy warehouse receive your products, Pickybuy will classify the products in an order (PO) under a product PI. Pickybuy warehouse will help you check the received products carefully and take quality check (QC) photos, then store them in the warehouse.
b. If the number of products in a single express parcel is a lot and/or the volume of a single unit is too large under one order (PO) , the Pickybuy team will classify some products into different batch and take QC photos of different batch separately, then you will have multiple product PIs for different batches.
Step 4. Submit International Shipping
a. Visit "Me" -- "My Warehouse" to check the orders with status of “stored in warehouse”, you can click " Arranging Delivery " to ship your items. Your shipping fee and service fee will be paid accordingly.
b. Several orders can be packed and shipped at once.

Step 4. Receive Package
a. Package receive! What a great shopping journey! :) After receiving your package, confirm it in “Me" - "Parcel" to complete the process.
