To maintain good order and user experience on PickyBuy , we have formulated the following rules for user violations. Please read and comply with the rules carefully when using the platform.
1. Definition of violation
Violations include, but are not limited to the following categories:
1.1 Purchase of infringing goods
Definition: Including but not limited to unauthorized brands, pirated goods and other infringing acts.
Handling of Violation: If a user is found to have purchased infringing goods, the platform will take immediate measures including but not limited to, deleting the infringing goods and refunding the order amount to the user's account balance. For the first-time violation of the user, the platform will issue a warning; if the user continues such behavior after several warnings, the platform will take more severe penalties, including restriction of functions, account freezing or banning.
1.2 False Transactions
Definition: Including but not limited to the use of plug-ins, data intrusion and other means to brush orders, earn commissions, and false evaluation and other behaviors.
Handling of Violation: If a user is found to have conducted false transactions, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to deleting false transaction records, canceling relevant orders, and deducting false commissions. For the first-time violation of the user, the platform will issue a warning; if the user continues such behavior after repeated warnings, the platform will take more severe penalties, including restriction of functions, account freezing or banning.
1.3 Fraudulent behavior
Definition: Including but not limited to the use of platform loopholes to make profits, cheating other users and other behaviors.
Handling of Violation: If a user is found to have fraudulent behavior,the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to canceling the relevant transactions, freezing the account balance. In serious cases,the platform will permanently block the user's account, and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
1.4 Abuse of Platform Resources
Definition: Including but not limited to maliciously registering multiple accounts, abusing coupons and other behaviors.
Handling of Violation: If a user is found to abuse the platform resources, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to canceling the relevant offers and restricting account functions. For the first violation,the platform will issue a warning; if the user continues such behavior after several warnings,the platform will take more severe penalties, including account freezing or banning.
1.5 Violation of Platform Policies
Definition: Including but is not limited to behavior that violates the payment policy, delivery policy and other regulations.
Handling of Violation: If a user is found to have violated the platform's policies, the platform will immediately take measures, including but not limited to canceling the relevant transactions and restricting account functions. For the first violation of the user, the platform will issue a warning; if the user continues such behavior after repeated warnings, the platform will take more severe penalties, including account freezing or banning.
2. Penalties
PickyBuy will take the following penalties for violating the above regulations:
2.1 Warning
For the first-time violation and less serious behavior,the platform will issue a warning to the user and ask him/her to correct the situation immediately.
2.2 Restriction of Functions
For more serious violations, the platform will restrict some of the user's functions, including but not limited to prohibiting the release of goods and prohibiting the purchase of goods.
2.3 Account Freezing
For repeated violations or serious behavior,the platform will freeze the user's account, during which the user will not be able to carry out any operation.
2.4 Account Blocking
For malicious violations or repeated violations,the platform will permanently block the user account, and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
3. Processing Flow
Violation discovery: The platform discovers violations through system monitoring, user reports and other means.
Review of violation: The platform will review the violation and confirm the fact of violation.
Notification to users: The platform will notify users of the facts of violations and penalties by means of internal mail or e-mail.
User Appeal: If the user disagrees with the penalty result, he/she can submit an appeal to the platform within 7 working days after receiving the notification, and the platform will review the appeal.
4. Complaint process
Users can submit a complaint by contacting the customer service, and must provide relevant evidence and explanations.
The platform will review the complaint within 7 working days after receiving the complaint and notify the user of the result.
The result of the review is final and the User shall comply with it.
